PixelFree Studio Refund Policy
PixelFree does not offer any refunds. We may, however, make exceptions due to extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.
Requesting a refund: Closing your account does not initiate a refund. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund due to extenuating circumstances, please write support@pixelfreestudio.com for assistance.
Note:
The 30-day refund request window only applies to annual plans. Month-to-month plans are not eligible for refunds.
To cancel your account:
Certain PixelFree account plans may allow you to downgrade to a free plan. To close your account, please contact us at support@pixelfreestudio.com.
Requesting a refund:
Downgrading or Closing your account does not automatically initiate a refund. If you believe that you are eligible for a refund, please support@pixelfreestudio.com for assistance.
It takes approximately 10-14 business days for us to process a refund. In addition, once we process a refund, it might take a few days for your bank to make the funds available.
Amount refunded:
Refunds are based on the subscription rate, your termination date, and the cancellation policies for your plan type.
Refund approval:
Refund requests will be reviewed against our cancellation policy for your plan type and to ensure the request was made within 30 days of your subscription start date. Refunds may not be provided if the request is outside 30 days of your subscription start date or your plan type does not allow for early cancellation.
